Fall Protection Engineer | Access & Safety Operative | Height Safety Specialist
Nationwide field role installing, testing, and maintaining fall protection systems, height safety equipment, and access safety solutions — including lifelines, fixed ladders, eyebolts, guardrails, and fall arrest systems — ensuring BS/EN and health & safety compliance and protecting workers at height.
We are hiring two positions: Lead Engineer and Assistant Engineer.
Location: Northampton
Salary:
Lead Engineer – up to £38,000–£39,000 (depending on experience and training)
Assistant Engineer – up to £36,000 (depending on experience) + Company Van
Flexibility: Some night work, weekends, and overnight stays.

What You’ll Do
* Install, inspect, and maintain fall arrest systems, restraint systems, rope access anchors.
* Conduct compliance checks to BS/EN standards.
* Carry out safety inspections of Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines
, fixed ladders, and eyebolts.
* Work at height confidently and safely across varied construction, industrial, and maintenance sites.
* Travel nationwide (occasional overnight stays).
What You’ll Need
* Experience working at height or in a safety-related role
* Skilled with tools, PPE inspection, and site-based installation work.
* Full UK driving licence.
