Overview
Lead Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner role based in High Wycombe, 12 month fixed term. We are looking for a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or Senior PWP with post-qualification experience and experience in providing clinical supervision, to join Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies.
You will work with the Step 2 team alongside Lead PWPs and the Senior Management team, providing day-to-day clinical supervision, line management and skills development of the Step 2 workforce, and supporting areas of service development and partnership work with external providers. You will also maintain a small clinical caseload and provide Guided Self Help interventions to develop your clinical skills.

Job description
There may be opportunities for flexible or hybrid working where appropriate and in line with service need. Staff wellbeing is a top priority with an active in-service wellbeing team and a collaborative culture. The Trust is involved in research and sits within the Oxford Academic Health Science Network.
Travel across the county may be required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential
* PWP Registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
* Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Evidence-based Psychological Treatments accredited by a relevant professional body.
Desirable
* Managerial or Leadership Training
Knowledge
* Understanding of Talking Therapies and CBT principles.
* Knowledge of evidence-based interventions across Step 2 and Step 3 and the stepped model of care.
Experience
* Experience of providing case management supervision within health or social care.
* Experience of leading and managing services and teams.
* Experience of working under pressure and prioritising workload.
* Experience as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
Skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work within a team and foster good working relationships.
* Self-reflective practice.
