Hourly Rate: £12.31 - £13.16 per hour
Salary: £21,995.67 - £23,514.45 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Flexibility is key, with a requirement to stay until 5:00 pm one day per week for staff training and meetings. Term-time only.

Your Role:
* Build nurturing and positive relationships with the pupils, ensuring they feel secure, happy, and ready to learn.

* Provide essential support to the Class Teacher in managing classroom activities.
* Stay adaptable to the evolving needs of the school, ensuring smooth operations. This may include occasional physical interventions, for which full training will be provided.
* Promote the cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical, and spiritual development of the children in your care.
What They're Looking For:
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent) is a must.
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a plus, but not essential.
* Experience working in a special school environment is highly desirable.
* Team TEACH Training is beneficial.
