Role and location
As a Theatre Practitioner in our Ambulatory Care Unit at Glasgow Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You’re a focused, flexible and motivated team worker. In addition, you’re Ophthalmic trained with post-registration experience and great communication skills.
Responsibilities

* Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
* Fast paced environment
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff
* Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
* Surgical specialities include Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Urology and local anaesthetic surgeries
