Business Analyst
acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that organizational goals are translated into effective solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and supporting the design and implementation of systems and strategies that enhance efficiency and performance.
Role Description
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
* Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
* Assist in the design and execution of test cases to validate system functionality.
* Create clear documentation including business process workflows, user guides, and reports.
* Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and management.
* Monitor implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
* Knowledge of business process modeling and requirement-gathering techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related fields.
