This role is responsible for all aspects of management within Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre to ensure efficient site operations, including managing staff and contractors, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and liaising with clients, asset managers, surveyors, and tenants to improve performance of the asset.

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
This role is responsible for all aspects of management within Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre to ensure efficient and accurate site management. The candidate will work closely with the MAPP team and client to establish a successful and performing asset. The role may require weekend work for specific works or duty manager cover, with time off in lieu during the week.
Skills, Knowledge and Values
* Monitor contractor/supplier performance and review RAMS and issue permits to work as appropriate, including security, cleaning, M&E, fabric maintenance, utilities and seasonal decorations.
* Conduct daily site inspections of common areas to ensure that any issues are resolved within a timely manner.
* Respond to all queries from occupiers, colleagues and clients within a timely manner.
* Budget setting, management and reconciliation.
* Work closely with appointed building surveyors in the implementation and management of PPM works according to the 5/10 year PPM Reports.
* Manage contractors to ensure PPM works and reactive maintenance are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
* Work with the marketing team to assist with implementation of marketing/promotional events and approval of risk assessments and method statements.
* Attention to detail and high levels of occupier engagement and customer service.
* Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in service efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with adjoining developments and key stakeholders.
* Time management and excellent organisational skills.
* Proven experience in production and presentation of client/management reports.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels.

Experience and Salary
Level of Experience / Certifications:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role.
* Health & Safety - IOSH essential; NEBOSH desirable.
* IWFM or equivalent desirable.
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience): £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
