The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Analyst should have:Essential:
11. A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science).
12. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services or lending operations.
13. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
14. Experience with operational metrics, process optimization and forecasting models.
15. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
16. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
17. Familiarity with personal loan products and servicing workflows
18. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
