We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to secure mission‑aligned corporate relationships and commercial collaborations. You’ll identify and pitch to companies, create partnership packages, steward long‑term supporters, and unlock sponsorship opportunities across our digital ecosystem — especially our rapidly expanding YouTube channel.
This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, skilled in building relationships, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate fundraising and generating sustainable income that fuels FAST Heroes growth globally.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships
* Build and manage a pipeline of UK and international corporate prospects.
* Identify, approach, and secure new mission‑aligned partnerships.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
* Manage long‑term corporate relationships, ensuring outstanding stewardship.
* Deliver partnership reporting, impact narratives, and activation plans.
Digital Sponsorship & Commercial Income
* Develop sponsorship packages for the FAST Heroes YouTube channel and other digital assets.
* Work closely with content and digital teams to align sponsor visibility with programme storytelling.
* Explore brand collaborations, cause‑related marketing, and commercial partnership models.
* Secure digital sponsorships that support channel growth and global reach.
Business Development
* Build structured revenue pipelines, forecasting income accurately.
* Track KPIs, report on partnership performance, and optimise engagement strategies.
* Represent the organisation with credibility in corporate settings and high‑level meetings.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, CSR, or commercial sponsorships.
* Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
