Job Advert: Unqualified PE Teachers for SEMH Schools
Are you passionate about physical education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for versatile Unqualified PE Teachers to join our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) schools in Chelmsford, starting in September 2024. If you are dedicated, energetic, and ready to inspire students with complex needs, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons.
* Support students' physical, emotional, and social development through sports and physical activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to adapt the PE curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their personal best.
* Encourage a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Requirements:
* A strong passion for physical education and working with young people.
* Experience in coaching or teaching sports, particularly in an SEMH or similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
* A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
