Crux Investor is a specialist investor media and communications business that works with public companies in mining, energy, and critical minerals worldwide.
We interview CEOs, write thoughtful analysis, and help companies explain their stories clearly to investors.
We’re small, fast-moving, and allergic to corporate nonsense.

What You’ll Be Doing (For Real)
No two days are the same, but broadly you’ll:
Keep Things Moving
* Organise companies and contacts in HubSpot so they actually make sense
* Clean up data, spot gaps, and make lists usable
* Help the founder turn ideas into action
Handle Inbound & Emails
* Read inbound emails and draft replies that sound calm, human, and professional
* Work out what matters now vs later
* Keep conversations warm so nothing quietly dies
Help With Outreach
* Draft first-pass email sequences (you won’t be sent out selling)
* Improve older copy so it sounds less robotic
* Load campaigns properly and track what’s working
Be a Second Brain
* Flag when things look messy or inefficient
* Spot patterns (“we’re chasing the wrong people here”)
* Help simplify, prioritise, and tidy up how we work
Who This Is Perfect For
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

Degree subject doesn’t matter. Attitude does.

We’re based in rural Essex.
That means:
