Pfizer is seeking a creative and forward-thinking Content and Design Manager to partner with our brand teams across the UK and bring campaigns to life. Responsible for content creation and content management across relevant Pfizer-owned channels, with a UK audience focus.

Playing a crucial role in driving content creation, developing and executing content plans that align with our business/brand objectives and engage our target audiences.

Working across a variety of platforms and tools, including GenAI, to generate and refine content, and design tools to edit and localize visual elements for digital channels.

Working closely with marketers and the Commercial Excellence and Operations team, the candidate will combine creative intelligence, editorial precision, and GenAI fluency to tailor messaging, visuals, and formats for regional needs.

This role suits candidates that enjoy combining creativity with technology, thrive on collaboration, and want to shape how Pfizer communicates with its audiences.

Role Responsibilities:

Content creation andtimelyimplementation to relevant digital channels

1. Localize and adapt global or regional content to meet market, cultural, and regulatory requirements across digital channels

2. Plan, create, and edit engaging visual and written content that aligns withbrand and campaignobjectives

3. Assistinsearch engine optimisation / Search enginemarketingprojects 

4. Ensure consistent application of Pfizer’s brand voice and identity across all touchpoints

5. Understandbriefs andcollaboratewith marketersto ensureneeds are met

Scale up of best practicesand synergies

6. Build andmaintainreusableGenAIprompt libraries andcontenttemplatesas well as imagelibraries

7. Continually learn,evolveand grow our approaches to content development and the use of AI to support

8. Tag content effectively, maximizing discoverability and re-use within the DAM

9. Champion the adoption of GenAI andnew contenttechnologies to improve creative output and speed to market

Qualifications:

Education and experience

10. Relevant degree education (e.g. marketing, comms or equivalent)

11. Experience within digital marketing and content creation; experience in digital agency environments preferred

12. Proven track record in ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments

Skills

13. Strong story telling skills within different content formats

14. Communication (verbal and written) and collaborative skills to build and maintain productive relationships

15. Design, content editing and layout skills preferred knowledge

16. Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance requirements of the market

17. Basic knowledge of website analytics tools and CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)

18. Basic knowledge of marketing automation principles and tools

19. Understanding of effective/efficient AI prompt techniques

20. Experience creating email campaigns using enterprise-grade email building tools e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder or similar platforms with knowledge of AMP script preferred

21. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud seen as a plus Incl. Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Express
