Products include gas regulators, flow meters, gas manifolds, flashback arrestors, gas panels, software and accessories. Designed to ensure precise control, regulation, and distribution of industrial, high purity and ultra-high purity gases in low, mid and high-pressure environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Repair Account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a track record in managing services or after market services within medical device or industrial world.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end the repair business of Portable Oxygen Concentrators. It is a hands on role which involves:


(i) driving the commercial offering

(ii) driving the proactive and reactive management of customers both at HQ and at repair centre level, incl. training

(iii) coordinating the reactive management of customer repairs throughout our factory

(iv) working on continuous improvement of our processes with regulatory and factory teams

The ideal candidate has a track record in managing services or after market services within medical device or industrial world. The candidate should have excellent structure, attention to detail and processes. The candidate should be autonomous and have excellent relationship-building skills.



Duties & Responsibilities:

* Driving commercial offering: regularly revisit commercial offering, leveraging voice of customer and internal stakeholders to build innovative offering, geared towards ease of repair and best usage of fleet for customers
* Driving proactive management of customers at HQ level: work at corporate level, offering clear status and roadmap to improve fleet utilization and visibility
* Driving proactive and reactive management of customers at repair centre level: work at site level to improve best practices, including delivering hands on training
* Coordinating the reactive management of customer repairs: ensure optimal speed of repair through alignment with factory on lead time, capacity, customer communication
* Working on continuous improvement of our processes with regulatory and factory teams: identify process pain points, find and implement solutions in our internal and external procedures


Success in first year will include:

* Proactive repair management program in place at top 5 customers
* Implementation of new repair tool and structure
* Improvement in speed of resolution of customer repairs
* Meeting or exceeding repair budget


Required Qualifications:


Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

5+ years of experience managing a service business, in close contact with customers.

Proven track record of improving services performance, customer satisfaction while maintaining costs under control.

High attention to detail and processes, customer orientation, strong communication, autonomous and go-getter..


Ability to travel extensively as required.
