The Role
You will join the firm's well-regarded, Legal 500-ranked Corporate team in their Liverpool office. The department is award-winning and led by industry-recognized partners known for their expertise and client service.
The team handles a broad spectrum of matters across various sectors including technology, hospitality, media, construction, financial services, healthcare, IT/software, manufacturing, and more. Work includes shareholder agreements, M&A, and other corporate matters.
You will work directly with top corporate partners in the North West, providing a strong platform for career progression.
Requirements
* You will be a Corporate Solicitor NQ-5
