Position Description Summary
The Senior Manager, R&D Digital Enablement provides operational and analytical support for digital transformation projects in R&D. Ensures that end-users are supported through process documentation, agile planning, and change initiatives to enable effective adoption of digital tools.
Main Responsibilities
* Support business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis.
* Assist in agile delivery planning and sprint tracking, including backlog grooming and team coordination.
* Contribute to the creation of change management materials (eg, FAQs, guides, communications).
* Facilitate training sessions and support user onboarding to digital platforms.
* Help monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Technology-related field.
* 7+ years of experience supporting digital projects, business analysis, or agile teams.
* Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro and experience supporting cross-functional projects.
* Detail-oriented with strong communication and facilitation skills.
