When you join us, you'll benefit from: Competitive salary with performance-based OTE up to £29,000 Reward & Recognition Scheme Private Healthcare and Life Assurance Enhanced Pension Plan 36 days annual leave (including public holidays) What You'll Be Doing Recruitment Delivery Work closely with clients to fully understand their recruitment needs, organisational culture, and role specifications Source and place candidates across all levels, meeting resourcing KPIs Coordinate and implement tailored recruitment strategies Interview and assess candidates to meet client expectations Manage full compliance across onboarding and registrations (Right to Work, EAA, AWR, GLAA if applicable) Deliver training sessions including client-specific inductions and manual handling (as agreed) Prepare and issue onboarding packs, assignment briefings, and handbooks Client Relationship Management Collaborate with the Branch Manager to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions Monitor service performance and advise on manpower planning Ensure services are delivered in line with client SLAs Generate management reports and present insights regularly Act promptly on client feedback and survey results Maintain accurate records, manage weekly payroll, and run payroll clinics Handle staff performance discussions, absence management, and complaint investigations Conduct regular candidate reviews and satisfaction surveys Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all activity aligns with ethical, legal, and company standards Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations Complete monthly branch audits and support client ethical audits Maintain accurate documentation and system records Who We're Looking For Essential Experience & Skills Minimum of 6 months' experience in recruitment or account management Strong administrative and IT skills Excellent communication-both written and verbal A consistent work history and proven reliability Confidence in managing grievances or disciplinary conversations Personal Attributes Communication: Clear, professional communicator across multiple platforms Accountability: Takes ownership and follows through on commitments Relationship Building: Builds trust and maintains long-term professional relationships Resilience: Able to manage pressure and navigate changing priorities with confidence Ready to Make Your Mark?
