Assistant Quantity Surveyorrequiredto join leading groundworks contractor based in the Eastleigh area. TheAssistantQuantity Surveyor will ideally come from a groundworks background with a some quantity surveying background. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working with Quantity Surveyor / commercial team managing the resources of a project lifecycle in order to ensure it achieves success of the project outcome and maximise profit provide planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager and the project delivery team, pursuing own professional development and provide guidance and support to develop other commercial staff, showing competency in all commercial duties from contract negotiation to procurement, variations, valuations, payments to final accounts.
