Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
* Provide direct counseling and support services to students.
* Consult with school staff regarding student mental health and academic concerns.
* Facilitate training and workshops for educators on mental health best practices.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment.
* Stay updated on best practices and trends in school psychology.
Qualifications
* Doctoral or Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
* Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology.
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting.
* Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
* Knowledge of special education laws and policies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
