Salary: £24,500 – £27,500 (DOE) + Commission

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly, high-performing team in Birmingham, helping to recruit exceptional home tutors and education staff across the West Midlands.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll support our experienced consultants and account managers by sourcing candidates for roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and Home Tutors – helping children who are currently not in school due to a variety of reasons.

Hybrid Working What You’ll Be Doing:
Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calling
Build and maintain candidate relationships through regular communication
Conduct interviews and complete compliance checks including references and safeguarding
Maintain and update our database with accurate candidate information
Match suitable tutors with students and roles across schools and alternative education settings
Collaborate with consultants to meet business recruitment needs
Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process from start to finishWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Resourcer or in recruitment (education sector preferred)
OR experience in a school or tutoring role looking to transition into recruitment
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Target-driven with a team-player mindset
