Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Springhill Care Home located in Kilmarnock. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with staff and residents, overseeing admissions and discharges, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with external agencies. The role also involves handling budgeting and financial management, as well as supporting staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping and compliance management
* Financial management and budgeting skills
* Ability to coordinate with staff, residents, and external agencies effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in healthcare administration is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
