Junior Content & Creative Executive – 12‑month contract
Talent Guardian is partnering with a premium, design‑led brand to find a Junior Content & Creative Executive for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.
You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand’s story to life, planning, filming, editing, and producing engaging content across social channels, digital campaigns, and retailer networks. Working closely with the marketing and digital teams, you’ll help shape the creative voice of a leading name in premium design.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, edit, and schedule weekly social media content that inspires and engages.
* Generate fresh, trend‑led creative ideas aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.
* Support on campaign content for product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and national holidays.
* Plan and execute shoots for new products and social‑first campaigns.
* Create digital content for website activity, paid adverts, and interactive tools.
* Visit retailers across the UK and Ireland to capture authentic branded content and support consistent social storytelling.
* Assist with retailer content days at head office to produce high‑quality, on‑brand assets.
* Monitor and respond to social media activity, engaging with consumers using the brand’s tone of voice and maintaining a positive online presence.
What We’re Looking For
* A creative thinker with a strong eye for design, detail, and emerging trends.
* Confident in creating short‑form video content – filming, editing, and producing for social platforms.
* A solid understanding of social media channels and digital engagement.
* Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for premium brands and high‑quality content.
* Previous experience in a content creation, marketing, or social media role is preferred.
