Overview
We're looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. You'll craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests. If you love providing great service and want to be part of a fantastic team, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
* Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
* Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
* Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
* Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
Qualifications
* Leaving Cert level education or above
* NVQ qualification or equivalent
* Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Hands on and proactive approach
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Excellent time management
