Job Description
* Flexible working: We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
* Work arrangement: This role involves a mix of working from home and onsite in Winchester 2 days per week.
* Travel: Occasional visits around Hampshire and to Kingston (Southwest London), and to PA’s London office in Victoria, may be required.
Established in 2013, Argenti is an award-winning partnership created by PA Consulting, collaborating with Councils to deliver innovative care technology services. We aim to help people of all ages live safer, more independent lives in their homes.
We seek an exceptional Operations Service Manager to join the Argenti care technology partnership. This role offers an opportunity for a seasoned manager to innovate in care technology and make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable service users.
Reports to: Service Director
Responsibilities include:
* Service management: Oversee operations in Hampshire and Kingston, manage referrals, coordinate partners, drive improvements, and meet KPIs.
* Team leadership: Manage the delivery team, including roles seconded from Hampshire County Council.
* Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks related to privacy, security, and usability.
* Performance reporting: Collaborate on service performance reports.
* Data analysis: Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Stakeholder liaison: Engage with service user groups.
* Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance initiatives to meet standards.
* Service development: Manage projects aligned with strategic goals.
* Service review: Lead case reviews and communication with users.
* Team collaboration: Work with development and transformation teams to innovate services.
Qualifications
* Experience managing care technology, social care, and health services.
* Proven managerial skills, ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, including remote teams.
* Passion for adult social care and improving lives.
* Understanding of care technology outcomes.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Willingness to commute to Winchester and occasional travel to Kingston.
* Deep understanding of social care users and their needs.
