Responsibilities
As a frontline support worker you will plan and intervene to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people, partnering with families and multi‑agency colleagues to support, tackle and address any concerns.
Qualifications
You will need a valid Social Care Wales registration and a Social Work qualification – application will not be progressed without these mandatory documents.
