Associate Consultant - Pensions
Location: London (Hybrid- 2 days a week in the office)

Join a well-established and growing pensions consultancy where you'll work closely with senior consultants to deliver tailored advice to a broad mix of trustee and corporate clients. You'll be part of a supportive team that values learning, collaboration and innovation - and there's full support to help you progress through PMI qualifications or other relevant exams.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the delivery of consulting advice across scheme funding, governance, member communications, benefit changes and de-risking.
* Drafting clear, client-ready reports and presentations.
* Preparing for and attending trustee meetings (with coaching and support).
* Helping with pensions communications such as newsletters and benefit statements.
* Getting involved in current industry issues and supporting wider thought leadership and business development.
* Supporting good scheme governance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What we're looking for:
* Some experience in pensions - whether from admin, actuarial, investment or consulting background.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical topics clearly.
* Solid Excel and Word skills and an analytical mindset.
* A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Ideally, you'll be studying towards a professional qualification (PMI, actuarial or similar) - or keen to start.
