Care Assistant Care and Support - Henderson House Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.45 Per Hour Shift type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time Henderson House Care Home is a well established care home in the coastal town of Dalgety Bay in Fife, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 60 residents. Care Assistant – Dayshift and Nightshift Available £13.45 per hour Full time and part time contracts available Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence and ensuring they feel safe, respected and valued. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, while following individual care plans and working closely with the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care. If you are new, you will be supported with training and guidance to help you build confidence and develop your skills within a caring and supportive environment. Your role will focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, where meaningful interactions, reassurance and dignity are at the heart of everything you do.
