Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.
* Ensure all drinks are served responsibly, adhering to licensing laws and alcohol regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitising surfaces regularly.
* Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
* Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
* Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly.
* Assist in setting up the bar before service hours and closing down at the end of shifts.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills with good time management to handle busy periods effectively.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required.
* A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards customer service. This is a seasonal and weather dependent role, with the summer season ending in October. All staff must work banks holidays and all events held around site.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
