Forrest Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced PA to join our client in Chester. As a trusted right hand to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. No two days will be the same — from managing diaries and preparing reports to coordinating recruitment, training, facilities and compliance processes.
You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring everything is organised, compliant and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing correspondence, calls, emails and meeting arrangements
2. Complex diary management and scheduling
3. Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation
4. Maintaining confidential filing systems and databases
5. Coordinating recruitment, trainee processes, onboarding and DBS checks
6. Supporting appraisal, promotion and training programmes
7. Assisting with facilities management, contractor liaison and renewals
8. Maintaining third-party system access and panel memberships
9. Organising internal events and supporting wider firm initiatives
10. Providing occasional reception cover when required

11. Has proven PA experience in a fast-paced office environment
12. Thrives under pressure and can prioritise a varied workload
13. Demonstrates exceptional organisational and time management skills
14. Has outstanding attention to detail
15. Communicates confidently and professionally at all levels
16. Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
