Salary: NJC Grade D: £26,824 - £28,598 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 33 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday)
Pilton College is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.

Role Overview:
You will work alongside school staff, pupils, and families to improve attendance, engagement, and wellbeing by strengthening the home-school partnership. This will involve meeting with families, contacting families to support attendance, attending early help meetings, managing part time timetables and section 19 reviews, working with the attend framework, working closely with the pastoral team and SEND teams, maintaining records.
