You'll work closely with our Facilities Coordinator and will report to the Facilities & Support Services ManagerYou’ll help with the day-to-day presentation of the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces, providing an efficient and flexible facilities service across our portfolio, delivering general maintenance of our public and office facilities. Responsibilities will include cleaning our public toilets in Borrowdale and duties such as general cleaning and litter-picking, both inside and outdoors. You’ll be aiming for the highest standards of customer service everywhere you look after, and this includes speaking to people as they visit and helping them with any queries.
