RF Validation Engineer
We’re seeking an RF Validation Engineer to play a key role in developing and validating cutting-edge systems. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team pushing the boundaries of performance, automation, and innovation in RF technology.
What you’ll do
* Lead post-silicon RF validation and characterisation activities.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated RF test frameworks to accelerate validation cycles.
* Perform system-level analysis, debugging, and optimisation to ensure peak performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable RF solutions.
About you
* 4+ years’ industry experience in validation, characterisation, or test (excluding academic research).
* Strong understanding of RF architectures and system-level design principles.
* Hands-on experience in an RF lab environment, with deep familiarity with measurement equipment (e.g., network/spectrum analyzers).
* Proven track record in post-silicon validation of complex RF or mixed-signal systems.
* Skilled in test automation, ideally using Python or C#.
* Experience with transceivers, processors, or DSP-based systems is highly desirable.
