Job Summary:
The Sales Director isresponsible for representing Haivision’s technology portfolio in theassigned Sales region.
The Sales Director will workwith other Account Executives based in EMEA.
Responsibilities
* Overall account and client management withinthe assigned territory.
* Collaborate with end user clients andintegrators/resellers/partners to develop regionally focused businessplans.
* Work with broadcast and AVintegrators/resellers/partners to represent Haivision products withinthe broadcast, AV, and enterprise industry.
* Develop,establish and maintain good working relationships with new andexisting clients & partners.
* Participate on international andregional trade shows to represent the Haivision solutions as needed.
* Become a Haivision brand champion, capable of demonstratingand explaining our technology and products to key decision makers.
* Establish long-term relationships with end-user clients,resellers, partners, and integrators.
* Consult with the SeniorSales Director to set up objectives, goals, strategy, and plan ofaction for the territory.
* Participate in regular calls andmeetings to help increase the territory’s business and foster theHaivision culture within the territory.
* Work closely with thebroader Haivision team, including marketing, sales, and product, toalign strategies and ensure cohesive execution of the UK marketstrategy.
Technical responsibilities
* Provide pre-sales technical/architecturaloverview to partners and customers.
* Remain knowledgeable andcurrent with industry trends and technical developments that affecttarget markets, including competitive information.
Reporting
* Participate in internal andclient-facing meetings, prepare reports and presentations.
* Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts andbusiness plans for the territory
* Keep CRM updated on a dailybasis
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong sales background with experience of working in theindustry
* Superior verbalcommunication and presentation skills
* Strong ability to engage with andinfluence key decision-makers across all levels, including C-suiteexecutives such as COOs, CTOs, CFO and technical buyers
* Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work on owninitiative.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the abilityto think “outside of the box”.
* Superior organisationalskills.
* Attitude and motivation to accomplish objectives andclose a deal.
