JOB: Sales Administrator
Location: Cheddar, Somerset
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00pa
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established, market leading company. This will suit someone who is passionate about customer care and thoroughly enjoys interacting with people.
You will be responsible for:
* Taking enquiries from customers over the phone in a professional manner.
* Ensuring Customer service levels surpass customer expectations.
* Creating and closing quotations/enquiries and recording them down in an accurate manner.
* Issuing quotes to customers on the day it is collated and contacting the customer to inform them of any delays.
* To produce all aspects of quotes as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Liaising with customers (verbally and email) updating orders, quotes and PO’s.
To be considered you will need to have / be:
* Proven experience within an Engineering environment
* Previous experience within Customer Care
* A confident communicator with strong verbal and written ability
* Strong administration skills (outlook, word, excel, power point)
* Commitment and enthusiasm
* Works well on own initiative or as part of a team.
