Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Cheltenham store. This part‑time opportunity requires 16 hours per week on an 11‑month fixed‑term contract.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge.
* Guide the customer journey from start to finish, delivering sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with stock management, cleaning and replenishment.


Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills with confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
* High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury brands.
* Ability to work well in a team, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
* Flexibility to accommodate business‑required working arrangements.
