IT Trainer (Part-Time)
Location: Leeds (Remote Work from Home)
Salary: £30,000 (pro rata, based on 2–3 days/week)
Schedule: 2–3 days per week | Term Time Only | School Hours

As we expand our Customer Success team, we're looking for a data-driven Customer Success Manager to accelerate inbound leads and fuel our growth.
School Jotter is one of the UK's leading providers of school websites, helping hundreds of schools manage their online presence with ease. We're looking for a part-time Trainer to deliver friendly, engaging training to schools on how to use their School Jotter website.
You'll mostly work remotely, training school staff via video calls and supporting them as they learn to manage their websites confidently.
No advanced IT skills needed – if you're comfortable using Google, can navigate websites, and enjoy helping others, we'll provide all the training you need.
Role Overview:
* Deliver online training sessions to school staff
* Explain how to update and manage School Jotter websites
* Provide basic support and troubleshooting advice
* Use clear communication to make technology feel simple and accessible
* Keep accurate notes and follow up where needed
