Project Manager Retail & Commercial FM Projects
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £65,000£70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Deliver M&E-led projects across retail and shopping centre environments
Develop and grow your own project pipeline within the client portfolio
Manage projects from initial opportunity and scoping through to completion
Price works, manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Oversee programme, quality, health & safety and compliance
Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities.
Ideal Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or Building Services
Strong background in M&E projects, with some fabric experience beneficial
Experience delivering projects in retail, commercial or similar live environments
Commercially aware, with the ability to develop, price and secure project work
Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
