Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to join The Hub team as a Payroll Co-Ordinator based at PM11. The role will be responsible for supporting the processing of monthly payrolls for all staff across 5 payroll and 2600 monthly paid employees, supporting the administration of the payroll process with external agents and producing management information & performance indicators to enable effective management decision making.
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities
- Administer day to day processing of the Company payroll related to existing employees, new starters & leavers including maintaining thorough & efficient record keeping.
-Accurately calculate payments & deduction relating to overtime & sickness, including but not limited to SSP, SMP and SPP etc.
-Working knowledge of RTI submission & auto enrolment legislation.
-Ensure payroll is completed & checked within deadlines.
-Liaise with People Team & Finance to ensure payroll is management effectively.
-Act as point of contact for queries.
-Prepare route & ad hoc reporting
-Additional duties as required

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- SAP & Workday experience (desirable)
