The opportunity has arisen within West Lothian Council, Housing, Customer & Building Services for a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic Void Management Officer to join our team to deliver a high-quality service in respect of the void/letting function.
The Voids Management Officer will ensure our voids process is undertaken efficiently through good coordination of the void re-let standard of properties and arranging accompanied viewings and arranging prospective sign up agreements of new tenants.
