Job Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our award‑winning pub. The role is essential for delivering excellent service and maintaining profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
* Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
* Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
* Open and close the venue, stock inventory, and perform cashing up
* Be a role model for customer service and think on the spot using initiative
* Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and manage all pub aspects when the wider management team is away
