We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our independent Estate Agency client based in Woodford Green .The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience with a full understanding of the lettings process and be up to date with all current legislation .Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
