About the Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals. You will support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assisting in meal preparation and service
* Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times
* Following food safety regulations and procedures
* Working closely with chefs and carers to meet residents’ dietary needs
* Stock checking and replenishing supplies
About You:
* Experience in a kitchen or catering environment (preferred but not essential)
* A positive attitude and team player mentality
* Understanding of food hygiene practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Augusta Court in Chichester is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 46 residents.
