As an SEN Teaching Assistant focusing on KS2 Autism Support, you'll collaborate closely with our exceptional teaching team to provide tailored assistance, promote inclusivity, and empower our students!

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
4. Previous experience supporting students with autism or relevant strengths in SEN education.
5. Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and successful support strategies.
6. Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to diverse needs.
7. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students with autism.
8. Awareness of sensory sensitivities and creating a sensory-friendly environment.
9. Familiarity with autism-specific interventions and visual supports (desirable).
