The Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector to join a growing organisation within a highly regulated industry. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure quality assurance and compliance of products, materials, processes, and documentation relating to regulated manufacturing. * Carry out goods-in inspections, in-process QC checks, and final product testing. * Test products, analyse results, and review batch records to ensure error-free manufacturing and release. * Support facility compliance, equipment calibration, and maintenance record-keeping. * Maintain and monitor manufacturing KPIs to improve processes and drive decision-making. * Recommend and implement corrective actions and improvements. * Provide technical support to resolve quality issues with suppliers, customers, or auditors. * Support audits and inspections by external bodies and authorities. * Participate in internal audit programmes and assist with non-conformance investigations. * Contribute to quality system documentation, supplier records, and corrective/preventive action reports. * Work with engineering teams on projects as required. The Candidate Experience within a highly regulated environment (e.g., medical, aerospace, defence). Knowledge of ISO13485 or other relevant quality management systems.
