Site Supervisor - Severn Trent Water - Wolverhampton - 6-Month Rolling - Sewage Treatment Works - Civils
Your new company
Our client, a Tier 1 contractor operating in the water industry, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the West Midlands on a 6-month rolling contract. You will be working on sewage treatment works with scope of work including, but is not limited to, inlet works and a balance tank, storm tank and pumping remedial works, oxidation ditch as well as decommissioning of redundant plant and equipment.Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella).
Your new role
As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Organising and supervising all site activities
* Ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications
* Conducting site inspections
* Recording the progress of the works
* Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to specified quality.
What you'll need to succeed
Key requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Appointed Person (AP) - Lifting qualification
* Temporary Work Coordinator (TWC) certification
* 5 - 10 years' experience with Tier 1 Principal Contractors in the water industry
* Background as a Site Engineer (preferred).

* Day rate £400 per day (Umbrella)
* 6-month rolling contract with very likely extension.
