Job Title: Office Admin
Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 6:05 - 14:35
* Friday: 05:45-12:45
(Some annual leave required to be taken during our OEM shutdown periods.)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support our warehouse and logistics operation supplying an OEM and associated customers.
This is a fast-paced, administrative role focused on stock control, system accuracy, customer communication and a bit of transport organisation. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence working on computer systems including Excel.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities are defined as:
* Using a range of office software, including email, microsoft packages (Excel, Word etc.) and databases.
* Using Espack's warehouse management systems daily (managing overall tidiness of system).
* Maintain system accuracy & stock integrity.
* Acting as first point of contact for customer requirements via phone or email
* Producing pick order paperwork and labels for the warehouse operatives.
* Raise goods receipt documentation when required.
* Analyse stock levels and investigate stock shortages & discrepancies
* Generate ASN documentation and production billing.
* Support system inputting for shutdowns thorough warehouse stock checks
* Assist with automotive new model launches ( cycle line layouts, labels etc.)
* Support reporting & KPI tracking.
* Arrange transport and manage associated documentation where required.
* Conduct monthly compliance checks in line with site requirements
* Manage visitor control in line with site procedures.
* Take meeting minutes when required.
* File and maintain documentation in line with company procedures.
* Consistently carries out duties for management.
* Undertake any other duties required by management.
