NottsHC's Integrated Healthy Families Team in Newark and Sherwood District is seeking a Specialist Public Health Practitioner (School Nurse) to deliver universal and targeted health services to children aged 5-19.
Responsibilities
* Deliver universal and targeted health services to the 5-19 year population.
* Manage the day-to-day care of children across the Newark and Sherwood District.
* Support and manage a skill mix team.
* Develop partnership working relationships to provide seamless services to children, young people, and families.
* Provide leadership and expertise across Universal Children’s Services within the 5-19 age group.
* Embed and manage organisational changes within the team.
Qualifications
* Specialist Practitioner Degree in School Nursing.
* Knowledgeable practitioner with excellent communication skills.
* Desire to develop leadership and management skills.
