Base pay range

To work within our Licensing Team to provide accurate and responsive support services to our customers, delivering effective customer administration including processing administration work, scanning, indexing, and post services.

Job Description

Scanning and indexing:


* Scan physical documentation received.
* Index scanned and digital documentation that forms part of a digital workflow.
* Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge of the organisation, service areas and team functions.
* Understand internal processes and document types for each service to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of communication.

IT And Systems

* Operate a large range of different IT systems, including Microsoft Office software, and equipment to provide the organisation with information and communication.
* Participate in user acceptance testing.
* Proactively escalate any identified system/equipment issues.

Responsibilities

Teamwork and continuous improvement:

* Answer and respond to internal customer enquiries and requests for services in a professional and proactive manner.
* Work as part of a team, providing support to colleagues in order to contribute to enhanced team performance.
* Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Identify and communicate issues in order to provide continuity of service and consistency of output.

Skills Required

* Work in an environment delivering excellent services at all times.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills to assess and meet the needs of customers, colleagues and managers.
* Participate in and contribute to the team and ensure effect team behaviour.
* Be positive engaging and keen to develop.
* Work in a pressurised, fast moving environment
* Be highly motivated, organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
* Use a variety of computer software packages to deliver customer service.

Educational Requirements

English minimum GCSE equivalent Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualification.

* Paid holiday entitlement starts at 26 days per annum and increases with length of service to a maximum of 33 days per annum. This is pro rata for part-time employees
