We are now seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead a team of four sales executives, manage international customer accounts, and drive commercial success — all from our Suffolk office.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of four, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of international customer accounts.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
* Work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to deliver seamless account management.
* Provide excellent service and long-term value to customers.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales account management (B2B preferred).
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness and confidence in working with numbers.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* IT literacy, including CRM systems, Excel, and MS Office
