Role profile
1. Managing a portfolio of Corporate clients and developing strong relationships with them
2. Identifying and assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance products and solutions
3. Liaising with insurance underwriters and negotiating insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
4. Issuing and administering insurance policies, including handling renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
5. Responding to clients' queries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally
6. Monitoring clients' insurance requirements and recommending adjustments to their insurance policies as necessary
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients' insurance policies, claims, and interactions
8. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulatory requirements, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients
9. Collaborating with colleagues in other departments, such as claims, risk management, and marketing, to provide a holistic service to clients
