We are now seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Liverpool operation based in Speke.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance, people management, customer service, and commercial delivery. You will lead from the front, drive standards, and ensure the branch exceeds operational and financial targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the day-to-day management of the branch across operations, workshop, hire, and customer service functions
2. Take full ownership of branch P&L performance, budgets, run rates, and profitability
3. Manage and develop the branch leadership team including Operations and Workshop Managers
4. Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, objective setting, and accountability
5. Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are fully met
6. Work closely with sales and solutions teams to maximise growth opportunities and customer retention
7. Review KPI performance regularly and implement continuous improvement initiatives
