Logging and franking outgoing mail Keeping an attendance log of all office staff via the sign in book Organising meeting rooms and ensuring refreshments are ready for meetings Updating and maintaining various spreadsheets Preparing new starter packs Keeping the attendance board and company calendar updated with staff movement Checking levels on stationery supplies and ordering as necessary Maintaining, operating and topping up the Franking Machine Administration and Accounts tasks as and when required Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach at all times when dealing with adhoc duties as required
